Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “user” or “subscriber”) and StreamVista (“StreamVista”, “we”, “us” or “the Company”). They apply to your use of our website, applications, dashboards, customer support and any subscription you purchase (together, the “Service”).

By accessing the Service, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a household or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on their behalf.

Definitions

To keep these Terms clear, the following words have specific meanings:

• Service — the StreamVista streaming software, applications, account dashboard, technical support and related subscription access.
• Subscription — a paid plan that grants access to the Service for a defined duration and number of connections.
• Connection — a single simultaneous stream permitted under your plan.
• Content — channels, media and data made available to you through third-party sources accessed via the Service.
• Activation — the moment your subscription credentials are issued and your access is enabled.

Description & Use of the Service

StreamVista provides streaming software, configuration and technical support that enable compatible devices to access media streams. We supply the technology and assistance that make playback possible; we do not produce, broadcast, host or store the underlying channels or media, which originate from third-party sources.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes, and only in a manner consistent with these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy and all laws that apply to you. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service, and of any content you access, is permitted in your country or region.

Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase a subscription. By registering you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, current and complete, and that you will keep it up to date.

We may refuse, suspend or cancel registration at our discretion, including where we reasonably believe that information is false, that an account is being used fraudulently, or that these Terms have been breached.

Account Responsibility & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including any username, password, playlist URL or activation details we issue. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.

• Do not share, resell, sublicense or publicly distribute your login details or subscription.
• Keep your activation email and credentials private and secure.
• Notify us promptly at support@streamvista.tv if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials. We may reset credentials or suspend access where we detect sharing, abuse or suspicious activity.

Subscriptions, Billing & Renewals

Subscription prices, durations and connection limits are shown at checkout before you pay. The price you see for your selected combination of duration and connections is the total amount payable for that subscription term.

Payment is collected through our supported payment methods. Unless a plan is expressly described as automatically recurring at the time of purchase, subscriptions are for a fixed term and do not auto-renew; you may renew by placing a new order before or after your term ends. Where a recurring plan is offered, the renewal terms will be disclosed to you at purchase, and you may cancel future renewals at any time before the next renewal date.

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Prohibited Activities

When using the Service you agree that you will not:

• Resell, redistribute, rent, sublicense or commercially exploit the Service or your subscription without our written permission.
• Share account credentials or exceed the number of connections included in your plan.
• Use the Service to infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of any third party.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, overload, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Introduce malware, bots, or automated tools, or circumvent security, rate limits or access controls.
• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose, or in breach of our Acceptable Use Policy.

Breaching this section may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund, and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Service Availability & Changes

We work hard to keep the Service reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times. Access may be affected by maintenance, upgrades, third-party providers, network conditions, device compatibility, or events beyond our reasonable control.

We may add, modify, suspend or discontinue features, channels or aspects of the Service at any time. Where a change materially affects a paid subscription, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and, where appropriate, offer assistance under our Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

The StreamVista name, logo, website, software, designs, text and graphics are owned by or licensed to StreamVista and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you. Content accessed through the Service remains the property of its respective rights holders. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any part of the Service except as expressly permitted.

Third-Party Content & Services

The Service may rely on or link to third-party content, applications, networks and payment providers. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, accuracy, or practices. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Any dealings between you and a third party are solely between you and that third party. We encourage you to review the terms and policies of any third-party service you use in connection with StreamVista.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreamVista, its owners, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us for the subscription giving rise to the claim during the term in which the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StreamVista and its owners, employees and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without notice, if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, attempt fraud or a chargeback in bad faith, or where required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time.

On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification and governing law — will continue to apply.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which StreamVista is established [insert governing jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you where you live.
